Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for new subscribers at our discretion.
You may need to provide billing information to start a free trial.
If you enter billing details for a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you don't cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will begin and you'll be charged the applicable fee.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any free trial offer at any time without notice.
Fee Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We'll give you advance notice of any fee changes so you have time to cancel if you prefer.
If you continue using the Service after a price change, that means you accept the new pricing.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Content
The Service lets you upload, share, store, and make available various types of content including text, images, videos, and other materials ("Content"). You're responsible for any Content you post, including making sure it's legal and appropriate.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO HOLD BINDER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND COSTS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION — EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
